eSite to Become Part of Mitta Oy – Services Will Continue as Normal

The eSite business will become part of Mitta Oy effective March 31, 2026.

The change of ownership will not cause any interruption to eSite’s operations. Services, systems and customer cooperation will continue as normal, and all eSite employees will transfer to Mitta Oy. Your existing contacts will continue in their roles.

Mitta Oy is a financially solid and growing company whose expertise supports the long-term development of eSite’s services. Under the new ownership, eSite will continue to develop advanced 3D virtual environments and virtual twin solutions for industrial clients.

Any practical changes will be communicated separately. The transition will be carried out in a controlled manner to ensure uninterrupted service continuity.
